wild and free

img_20160925_180107They talk about the tiger and the hawk being wild and free, but the only tiger I’ve seen were half dead in cages, and hawk, in chains, while the sparrows and the pigeons fly, their tiny bodies circling the black bird conferences on the roofs of white buildings, swooping, soaring.

Living in the city is like being in isolation in the desert lands, or in the ancient jungles, like a seeker or a lover, out there, tangled, sad.

Or like the sunsets, where you raise your arms and form a silhouette, black and nothing, and more nothing.

So stand on the windy hill and fling all the leaves you carry to the winds, cuz you are wild, crazy and free.
